General Policies
Early check-in is possible, subject to availability.
The prices applied for early check-in are:
From 10:00 AM onwards, the fee is €30.
From 12:00 PM onwards, the fee is €15.
Before 10:00 AM, the daily rate applies.
Regarding late check-out, the prices are as follows:
Until 1:00 PM, the fee is €20.
Between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the fee is €40.
After 3:00 PM, the daily rate applies.
There are additional fees to be paid at the hotel upon check-in in the following situations:
Extra bed - €20 per night
- Crib - €10/per night
Both of these services can be provided upon prior request and subject to availability.
Fees also apply for room upgrades or increasing the number of people in the room. Contact the hotel reception for more information.
A tourist tax of EUR 4 per person/day applies for a maximum stay of 7 days (EUR 56). This tax is always paid at the hotel upon check-in.
Parking does not require pre-booking and can be requested on the day of arrival at the hotel.
The parking fee is €15 per day for medium-sized vehicles. For large vehicles (such as vans) the fee is €18 per day. Electric vehicle charging is subject to availability and prior request, and adds €12 to the daily fee.
The gym is located on level -1. It is free to use, however, prior booking (1 hour) is required at the hotel reception. Check the available times at reception. There are some rules of use that must be respected by the user, namely: eating is prohibited on the premises; the use of a towel per person is mandatory; children under 15 are not allowed in the gym.
It is possible to purchase certain products at the Hotel Reception, upon making a deposit, such as:
Adapters - €5
- Umbrellas - 5€
Chargers - €10
Pool towels - €20
There are fines that can be applied to the customer in the following situations:
Smoking in the room - €150
Extra Cleaning - €120
Pets allowed - €50
- Anti-Allergy Treatment - €25
